Disclaimer: This method is designed for GPT Image 1 (for image generation). However, it works with all GPT models 4o and newer (for text/chat generation as well). To ensure compatibility, always create the JSON using ChatGPT-4o or a newer model.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Start a New Chat with ChatGPT-4o
Open a new conversation in ChatGPT and confirm that it's set to ChatGPT-4o in the top left corner.

Note: As of writing, ChatGPT-4o is only available to Plus users.

2. Collect Reference Images
Gather reference images of the object or style you want the AI to replicate consistently. This could include textures, logo styles, 3D model aesthetics, icon sets—anything you’d like to establish as a visual or thematic reference.

3. Begin Your Prompt with a Style Extraction Request
In the chat, start your prompt with the following instruction:
"Extract the style data from the reference images provided and the paragraph. Then write me a detailed checklist."

Follow this line with a short paragraph explaining exactly what you want ChatGPT-4o to generate a JSON for.

Example: “I want a JSON that defines a colorful, puffy coat aesthetic used for 3D bubble-style icons.”

4. Include Specific Style Requirements
Clearly describe any features you want to include, such as:

Transparent backgrounds
Specific color palettes
Texturing or rendering styles
This ensures ChatGPT-4o generates an accurate and tailored style breakdown.

5. Review the Style Checklist
ChatGPT-4o will respond with a checklist and style summary based on your input. Read through it carefully to confirm it includes everything you need. If something’s missing or off, just ask for revisions.

6. Convert the Style Data into JSON Format
Once you're satisfied with the checklist, ask:
“Now convert this style data into JSON text format.”

Tip: Keeping the JSON as plain text makes it easier to modify later within ChatGPT-4o.

7. Open a New Chat for Testing
To test the consistency of your JSON, start a new chat in ChatGPT-4o. This gives you a clean session without any leftover context.

8. Use the JSON in a Prompt
Ask ChatGPT-4o to generate content in your defined style, and paste the JSON at the end of your prompt.
